Salmon Cushty (Salmon in Tin Foil)

Hiya

Another quick and "delish" meal for all you keen cooks out there: and this one is just as easy as all the others :)

Ingredients

A couple of bits of Salmon Just a few slices
2 Mushrooms chopped
1-2 Birdseye Chillies chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic in skins but bashed
Thyme I used Lemon Thyme but do whatever
Salt n Pepper


Right - this one's fuckin beyond easy - and it tastes lush!

You're going to wrap your salmon in a bit of foil, so get a bit large enough to wrap around the salmon

basically put the foil flat on the bench, put your ingredients on the foil,

wrap the foil around the ingredients, and wrap a second bit of foil around the original parcel (double wrap your salmon)

Leave it on a tray in the oven, gas mark 7, for 20 minutes or until cooked through

That's it, it's fuckin lush!!!!
